Crab & Shrimp Soup

1 stick butter
1 pack seasoning blend
2 heaping tablespoons flour
Cook up seasoning blend in melted butter until soft. Add flour and make a roux.
Add 1 cup of cream until smooth and thick.
(Garlic and one can Rotelle optional at this point)
Blend in milk/cream and wine until desired consistency
Simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
Add 1 lb crabmeat and 3 lbs shrimp. This will add moisture to the thick mix.
Season to taste
Simmer on low for 30 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
