Heather's Alfredo

1 stick butter
1 bag of mixed season blend veggies
8 oz cheddar, shredded
8 oz cream cheese
1 can Rotelle
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
Garlic, if desired
Milk/cream and wine to taste, to add consistency
Melt butter and cook up seasoning blend til onions are clear.
Add cheddar, cream cheese, rotelle and soup, simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
Add whatever meat you have one hand, already cooked. Shrimp, chicken, crawfish.
Simmer another 20 minutes and add wine/milk until desired consistency.
